Shipping & Handling

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.

However, we are a small business and are only in the our office Mon, Wed, and Thurs-- our fulfillment time of your order takes a bit longer than a larger corporation. Please allow us up to 7 business days to fulfill and ship out your order. If there is any further delay we will do our best to contact you to inform you on the specific details for your order.

LifeTree Natural Wellness is not liable for any items purchased once they have been shipped to the address the customer provides at checkout.

Fulfillment time is separate from delivery service time. Our typical fulfillment time is expected to be around 1 business week from when an order is submitted. If we expect there to be any further delays we will reach out to the customer to notify of extended process of fulfillment time. 

Once a package is handed off to the postal service of the customer's choice, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or mis-delivery that may occur during postage handling or delivery.

LifeTree can never provide a guarantee for any process/service or delivery date/time of shipment purchase because it is not a service our business provides; the USPS or UPS facilities are the point of reference for the provision of shipping services.
