OILS — Are They Really Still Beneficial?

Ever heard the expression, “generation after generation” passed? Ever wondered what a ‘generation’ is? How long a generation is can only be answered by the word of God.

 

So in todays world, let's say we start with the years during the 1940s, there have been almost 2 generations—‘Gods timing’, of hormone and “cellular communication interruption” type sprays being used on our foods by commercial farmers. This is why the origins of the concept Organic began. Now, also, if you pay attention to the “new” disease syndromes since the 30’s, they are: hormone disruption, digestive disruptions, and now severe DNA disruption. See it? Look at the “_ _ ccine” ingredients that have been used…MRNA? All three of these disruptive types of chemicals put into them, the last being an MRNA that is strictly targeted at DNA. These are all regulatory and instructional chemical pathways being destroyed, the intercommunications of our body’s blueprint for life functions, i.e. day to day ability to function, reproduce, digest and break down our food into nutrients instead of toxic morbid matter. Now with the new thrust it is getting nigh impossible to fight off the infection/inflammation that just exists in our environment.

 

The reason for the above explanation, is due to the fact that foods that are processed and refined are not being digested or broken down into nutrition, but mal-broken down into morbid waste that our body is extremely challenged to get out of our systems so that organs can work and do their jobs. Oils are the prime example. I have on record four years of examining people from all ages, walks of life and various life-styles who use oils (including myself until I eliminated oil from my diet) and have found that they have abnormal amounts piling up in the bloodstream and in the liver as hyperlipidemia and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Results from oils in the diet affect every body system. This includes olive, coconut, avocado, flax and ALL oils. Oil is extracted, even cold pressed, but then it has to be flash pasteurized or heated to be put into a bottle. This is the same as cooking with oil or frying. All oils now days are NOT being digested into nutrients that we know should be in the oil so we’re not getting the good affect that we once did. We’re gumming up our bodies with the by-products of mal-digestion. We must have whole living foods to live and function. So let's use olives, whole coconut, the real avocado, the seeds of flax, etc.

 

Here are some very tasty and tried recipes for salad dressings, dips and spreads that have only whole foods: Here’s the internet version with five ingredients that are disruptive:

  • *Red Wine Vinegar
  • *Ketchup
  • *Worcestershire Sauce
  • *Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • *Avocado Oil

Here is a zesty tasty replacement called HighCee Tangy French Dressing:

1.5 cups purple grape juice

2 heaping tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp Tamari sauce (organic non-GMO)

4 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

2 tbsp honey or other sweetener i.e. monk fruit, stevia liquid, deglet date sweetener 

1 Tbsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika powder

1/4 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut milk

Blend all ingredients until smooth. This dressing keeps a long time in the fridge. If it gets thick, thin with pickle juice.
