Shipping policy

LifeTree Natural Wellness is not liable for any items purchased once they have been shipped to the address the customer provides at checkout.

Fulfillment time is separate from delivery service time. Our typical fulfillment time is expected to be around 1 business week from when an order is submitted. If we expect there to be any further delays we will reach out to the customer to notify of extended process of fulfillment time. 

Once a package is handed off to the postal service of the customer's choice, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or mis-delivery that may occur during postage handling/care or delivery.

LifeTree can never provide a guarantee for any process/service or delivery date/time of shipment purchase because it is not a service our business provides, unlike the USPS or UPS facilities who provide this service.
